MIRRORS HIGH / FIELD GUIDE

Privacy

Effective October 29, 2026

This is a public reading site with no accounts, payment forms or advertising integrations. The production website uses Google Analytics 4 and our self-hosted Plausible instance to understand how guides are read.

What the website does

Guide search and category filters run in your browser. They are not sent to a search service or stored by this application. Fonts and decorative artwork are served locally. Guide searches are not sent to our analytics providers as custom search events.

Analytics on the production website

Google Analytics 4 receives page-view and engagement information, including the page URL, referring page and browser/device details. Its tag uses first-party analytics cookies, such as _ga, to distinguish visits. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Plausible is hosted at top.webpv.top and reports aggregate visits, page views, referrals and device information without analytics cookies. The providers process ordinary connection information to receive events. We do not send account identifiers, form submissions or custom personal data. These trackers load only on bleachmirrorshigh.cc, not on local development or the workers.dev preview.

You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not circumvent browser tracking protections.

Hosting and external links

When the site is hosted, the hosting provider processes ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser details to deliver pages and operate its infrastructure. The repository uses Cloudflare Workers with operational observability enabled; that configuration is separate from visitor analytics. We do not promise a retention period that has not been established.

External source links take you to separate websites with their own privacy policies. Official YouTube players load only after you press Play, using the privacy-enhanced embed domain. YouTube can then process your IP address, browser information and playback activity under its own policy. Preview images are served locally; no YouTube requests occur before activation.

Changes and contact

This policy will be revised if data collection changes. The contact page states the current availability of an editorial channel. There is currently no public privacy-request inbox.
